1. How does Your Custom Tunes work?

You tell us your story—occasion, special memories, mood—then choose whether you want a custom song (MP3) or a music slideshow (MP4). We craft your unique creation and deliver it via email within a few days.

We have two main packages:

  • Your Custom Song: a personalized song in MP3 format.

  • Your Custom Slideshow: MP3 plus a video slideshow (16:9 or 9:16).
    You can also add extras like karaoke lyrics or express delivery.

Standard delivery is within a few business days. For faster delivery, you can select the “Express Delivery” option and if your order is placed before 12:00 PM Italian time you’ll receive your song within 48 hours.

Absolutely! You can submit your lyrics or personal messages during the order process, just make sure you hold the copyright to what you provide.

You’ll receive an email containing:

  • A downloadable MP3 file

  • And, if requested, a MP4 slideshow

We also include a document with your lyrics if you wish.

Due to the personalized nature of the product, refunds are not available once production has started. However, if you cancel before work begins we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. If we make a mistake (like the wrong name or file issue), we’re happy to correct it at no extra cost.

Yes, each song is crafted from scratch based on your input. We do not reuse melodies or lyrics for multiple customers.

By default, you receive a non‑commercial, personal use license. To use the song in any commercial context, please contact us to request an expanded license.

Yes! Our service is available globally. Payments are processed via PayPal, handled by ITALYANA LLC.
